I found a version of the Putt-Putt Puzzle that Jon Drexler sent for the Crazy Golf Museum from the US. I got mine here, plus it had a poem on the back of the box. Here it is:

ODE TO THE MINI-PUTTER

This is dedicated
To the master mini-putter
Whose zeal on liliputian links
Is absolutely utter-
To the truly gallant golfers
Who propel their dimpled spheres
Through labyrinths that could reduce
More macho types to tears.
They breeze through windmill hazards
With a calculated coolness.
With victory as their carrot,
They press on with stubborn mule-ness.
They never think of quitting time
Around the putting clock.
From one more roll from hole to hole
They'd gladly go in hock.
They manoeuvre mystic mazes
And down corkscrew holes they plummet,
If there's a mini-Mount to climb,
They're bound to reach the summit.
They zig and zag and never lag
Through tricky turns and twists,
For mini-fame in their small game
Hangs on their agile wrists
They don't hang out at Pebble Beach
They may not be Palm Spring-ers,
But sure as holes-in-one are fun,
These golfers are Humdingers!
