Description
Congratulations to Seth Thomas (Cambridgeshire Minigolf Club) for retaining his Kent Open title with a 6 shot victory at the Lost Island Encounter course in Sidcup.

Seth beat a field of 32 players to become a 2-time Kent Open Champion. Tony Kelly (Kent Minigolf Club) came second, defeating his son Adam Kelly (Kent Minigolf Club) in a play-off.
Craig Patterson took the novice title with Brian Smith second, defeating David Pragnell in a play-off
David Simpson won the most improved player of the event with a 17 shot improvement between his 1st and last round scores (Kieran Jones was a close runner-up with a 12 shot improvement).
Scott Lancley won the aces champion prize with Kyle McSporran winning the Novice Aces champion prize.
In the spot Aces prizes, Seth Thomas and Chris Smith both achieved trilogy aces on holes 7 & 9 respectively (aceing the holes in all 3 of their rounds). Brad Shepherd and David Simpson also picked up prizes for aceing the 18th hole.

On the day before the Kent Open, the KMGC played out the final of the Kent Invitational Tournament, won by Club Captain Sean Homer with a 31 final round.

The course are offering a practice day rate of £5 per player, per day all season for BMGA Tour Pro's on production of a valid 2012 Tour Pro membership card
Summer Hours
(May - October) Monday Friday: 9am - 9pm
Weekends and Public Holidays: 9am - 8pm
Winter Hours
(November - April) Monday Friday: 10am - 8pm
(weather permitting)
(Please note last balls served an hour before closing every day)
Prices
Adult explorers : £7
Junior explorers (under 14's) : £5
Wee explorers (under 4's) : £2
Family explorers
(2 adults and 2 children or
1 adult and 3 children) : £20
