|2017 British Masters preview: Splash Point in Worthing host the showdown for the BMGA tweed jacket|
While the world’s top golfers are battling it out on the fairways and greens of Augusta for the coveted Masters green jacket in April, Britain’s minigolfers will compete in their own British Masters on the south coast.
Could it be you who has the privilege of wearing the green jacket this year after winning the BMGA British Masters? You have the chance to join the list of winners of what many players consider to be the BMGA’s “fourth major” and sit alongside some of the greats in British minigolf, such as Michael Smith, Adam Kelly and Nuno Cunha in the Masters hall of fame.

BMGA chairman Sean Homer is looking forward to the tour returning to Worthing, now firmly established on the as the home of the Mini Masters. "The British Masters is always an eagerly anticipated event on the tour and with Splash Point hosting the competition for the sixth year in a row, we should see a feast of minigolf as the top players from across the UK fight it out for the honour to wear the coveted BMGA Masters jacket and be crowned the Masters champion 2017. The course always proves to be a tough challenge and will be one of the hardest events to call in terms of who will win. Whoever wins will be a worthy champion and it promises once again to be a brilliant event."
