ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING INFORMATION
On Saturday 4th March, the day before the 2017 BMGA season opener, the English Open, the BMGA Annual General Meeting will take place in Nottingham at the Nottingham Community and Voluntary Service (7 Mansfield Road, Nottingham NG1 3FB - opposite House of Fraser from 2pm– 5pm).
The Executive Committee are currently requesting members motions for the AGM. Any current 2017 Tour Pro can forward a motion, details of which need to be emailed to Sean Homer, BMGA Chairman (
A list of the motions will then be published on the BMGA website by end of day on Saturday 25th February, along with the AGM information pack at which point the motions will be opened up to proxy voting (again for current Tour Pro members) with a deadline of 9pm on Friday 3rd March.
2017 Tour Pros will be eligible to attend the AGM and will have the opportunity to vote on any of the motions in person (NB. there is only 1 vote per member and motions will be passed or rejected on a majority vote). Remember we are again offering an ‘Early Bird’ Tour Pro membership of just £25 for players who take out 2017 Tour Pro Membership up to and including Tuesday 28th February 2017.
